- You can take photos with your phone, but aquarium fish are very sensitive to the lighting conditions around them. The use of camera flashes is not permitted. All cameras used by our photographer on site are equipped with a flash defuser. Professional cameras without flash defusing may not be used or brought into the facility. Appropriate fees apply for professional cameras. For information about costs, please contact our photography office.
Tour Details
- We will pick you up privately from the hotel if you wish, it is available until 7:00 p.m., there is no fixed time to visit the aquarium, you can come at any time during opening hours.
- You will then receive the tickets from us.
- The ticket includes entry to the aquarium, zoo, rainforest, suspension bridge, shark feeding show and Wadi al-Hitan Museum.
- Shark feeding schedule: daily shark feeding times are 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that feeding times may change without prior notice depending on the behavior of the species.
- Grand Aquarium is not a guided tour. This is a self-guided tour. You follow the instructions and signs in the aquarium.
- The aquarium is suitable for all ages.
- A wheelchair is not available, however there are benches at corners throughout the facility for older people to rest and rest.
